| Description |
English: Track and peat stacks The track is less well-used towards its northern end, where there are large stacks of dried peat gathered from the bog and ready for transport homewards. Tracks such as this were made by the Land Commission specifically to give access to the parcels of bog allocated to dwellings for fuel. The very flat terrain of this glaciated area is apparent. |
