| Description |
English: Track across Batty Moss The track provides access to Gunnerfleet farm, under Ribblehead Viaduct, which is the grey mass on the left. The track is also forms a public footpath leading to Blea Moor and the most popular route to the summit of Whernside, which is seen on the horizon. The rocks on the left have been placed to prevent vehicle access to an area of common land behind the Station Inn, which was popular with campers. Unauthorised vehicular access to all of the common land at Batty Moss is now prohibited. |
