Az épület polgármesteri hivatal, a Kazah Köztársaság konzulátusa a Karcagi Ipari Park Kft. székhelye, a Magyar Államkincstár Szolnok Megyi Igazgatóság értéksitési pontja, a Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megyei Adó- és Vámigazgatósága. Belül: az előtér két oldalán emléktáblák vannak. Az egyik a '100 éves a városháza' a másik felirata Ezt az épületet tervezte Vida Arthúr műépítész. Építette Vidákovich János városi mérnők ellenörzése mellett Kása József építőmester az 1910-1812 években. Az emeleten Szentesi Tóth Kálmán dr. (Karcag, 1875. május 1. - Karcag, 1946. szeptember 14.) mellszobra található (ismeretlen alkotó és időpont)[1] - Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megye, Karcag, Belváros, Kossuth tér
