Description

07/11/13. Minister for Local Government and Planning, Derek Mackay, was in Bank Street Kilmarnock as he plans to breath life into town centres across Scotland, part of which is Rates relief scheme for new businesses. Local trader and coffee shop owner Alisdair Hood shows the minister down Bank Street.
