English: Towards Stratford sub Castle from Old Sarum. In the centre is 1177720, and the top of the tower of 512979 can just be seen on the right. Stratford sub Castle is strung out along a road up the Avon valley. The dog walker is on the other side of the Iron Age ditch of Old Sarum from the camera. In the distance, set around woodland, is the Salisbury suburb of Bemerton Heath. |
