Description
English: Touton giant cells- they are fused lipid rich macrophages having a central ring of nuclei containing eosinophilic cytoplasm within and foamy lipid rich peripheral cytoplasm.They are seen in fat necrosis,xanthoma ,xanthogranuloma and dermatofibroma.
