Abeautiful view of the Garden of the Gods is hadas the train passes Colorado City. Later the routeleads through Bear Creek Canyon and North Chey-enne Canyon. At the head of the latter, PikesPeak comes into view on the right, and CheyenneMountain to the left, while St. Peters Dome isstraight ahead. Higher a.id higher climbs thetrain, half way up the mountain side. It can beseen for miles ahead and behind.
