Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Using a 420nm violet laser pointer, the beam fluorescates in a triangle of normal household glas.

Total internal reflection causes it to be reflected many times at the top and at the bottom and also two times at the 45° side angles.
Colors: The violet light looks blue to the photo, the fluorescence looks more green.

Where total internal reflection happens a little of the light escapes, so these points look blue.
