[edit]DescriptionTorres del Paine (2051943559).jpg |
After heading into Argentina and down South into Patagonia, we made our way back across the border into Chile to visit Parque Nacional Torres del Paine. This park was amazing. One of several highlights were these amazing "Towers of Paine", from which the park gets its name, which we saw on the first day. They can only be reached by a 7 hour return walk, including a one hour scramble up a boulder field, so we felt we'd earned the view. This was the first part of the The W walk. |
