El castillo de San Marcos es una iglesia fortificada del siglo XII construida sobre una antigua mezquita del siglo IX en el centro histórico de El Puerto de Santa María. ENGLISH: The Castle of San Marcos was originally a fortified church from the 12th century which was built on top of an old Mosque from the 9th century in the historical centre of El Puerto de Santa Maria
