Es un edificio de La Coruña, dedicado a nosequé del mar o del puerto (autoridad portuaria creo), es un edificio moderno.
Pido disculpas por la baja calidad de la imágen, está tomada desde la Torre de Hércules, y como no había más fotos de ese edificio, subo yo la mia. La foto la hice yo con mi cámara digital cuando estuve de vacaciones en la zona (= Self made).
