Español: El Torques de El Viso está formado por una varilla de oro macizo que extendida alcanza 45 cms de longitud y pesa 114 gr. Fue realizado en una sola pieza mediante martillado regularizado casi en su totalidad, por el pulidod e las superficiesl. Su forma actual no corresponde a la que tendría en uso, describiendo entonces un arco para colocar en el cuello, como parecen indicar los desgastes y marcas observados. Aunque esta no impida otras valoraciones, pues en las sociedades premonetales, el valor simbólico del oro se asocia a la legimación de los líderes y de los intercambios o pactios que éstos realizan.
Se trata de un hallazago casual atribuido a las fases iniciales de la Edad del Bronce (1700-1500 a. C.). Material: Oro. Técnica: Martilleado, cincelado y pulido. Tipología: Perea 4A. Museo Arqueológico Nacional de España, n.º inv. 1936/11/1. |
