Description
Deutsch: Tornesch (Schleswig-Holstein) – Wilhelmstraße 13 und 15 – Mehrfamilienhäuser – Baujahr 1954

– Das Foto zeigt die beiden Vierfamilienhäuser, die an der Ecke Pommernstraße/Wilhelmstraße standen. Es handelte sich um schlichte, zweigeschossige Backsteinbauten mit Walmdach. Über dem Eingang unterbrach ein strukturiertes Betonelement die Backsteinfassade. Darin eingelassen waren die Fenster zum Treppenhaus. Oben war ein Flaggenhalter angebracht.
– Die Häuser wurden 1954 erbaut durch die Wohnungsgesellschaft Norden mbH (Hamburg-Altona, Schillerstraße 46 später Neue Große Bergstraße 6a). In jedem Haus befanden sich 2 Wohnungen mit 2,5 Zimmern und 2 Wohnungen mit 2 Zimmern. Die Wohnungen hatten keinen Balkon. Im Bad gab es ursprünglich einen Kohle- oder Gasbadeofen. 1971 wurde eine Ölfeuerungsanlage eingebaut.

– Die Gebäude wurden im Januar 2022 abgerissen, um einem geplanten Neubaugebiet zu weichen. Das Baugelände erstreckt sich nach hinten weit über den Bereich der abgebildeten Häuser hinaus. Dort wurden zeitgemäße Mehrfamilienhäuser errichtet.
