– Das Foto zeigt die gut erhaltene reetgedeckte Kate mit Halbwalm am Prisdorfer Weg (Hof 68, nach Erdbuch von 1788). Jetzt wird sie als reines Wohnhaus genutzt, ursprünglich vereinte sie Wirtschafts- und Wohnteil unter einem Dach. Bis 1929 wurde noch Landwirtschaft betrieben, es wurden allerdings weniger als drei Hektar bewirtschaftet.

– Hier ist nicht der ursprüngliche Standort des Gebäudes. Im 19. Jahrhundert hat man die Kate von Ellerhoop nach Ahrenlohe umgesetzt (Information aus der Homepage der Stadt Tornesch).

– The photo shows the well-preserved thatched cottage with half-hipped roof on Prisdorfer Weg (Yard 68, according to Erdbuch from 1788). Now it is used as a pure residential building, originally united economic and residential part under one roof. Agriculture was still in operation until 1929, but less than three hectares were farmed.

– Here is not the original location of the building. In the 19th century, the cottage was implemented from Ellerhoop to Ahrenlohe (Information from the homepage of the city Tornesch).
