Deutsch: Tornesch (Schleswig-Holstein) – Gärtnerstraße 16 – Villa Luisenhof – Baujahr: 1910 – Foto: 2019 – Die Villa wurde im Jahr 1910 für den Gärtner und Baumschuler Peter Adalbert Nissen erbaut. Der Name geht auf eine nachfolgende Eigentümerin zurück. Es handelt sich um einen stattlichen Gründerzeitbau mit Mittelrisalit, vorgesetztem Erker und seitlichem Eingang. Der hoch aus dem Erdreich ragende Keller wurde ursprünglich als Wirtschaftskeller für die Baumschule genutzt. Die verputzten Wände zeigen im Obergeschoss ein Dekor aus Stuckelementen. – Das Gebäude steht auf einem Teil des Flurstücks 42 vom Flur 14, der ursprünglich zum Hof Tönnies gehörte. (Hof 37 nach Erdbuch von1788). Der Hof existierte schon 1876 nicht mehr.
English: Tornesch (Germany) – Gärtnerstraße 16 – Villa Luisenhof – built 1910 – Photo: 2019 – The villa was built in 1910 for the gardener and tree nurseryman Peter Adalbert Nissen. The name goes back to a subsequent owner. It is a stately Wilhelminian style building with “Mittelrisalit”, bay and side entrance. The cellar towering high out of the ground was originally used as a business cellar for the nursery. The plastered walls show a decor of stucco elements on the upper floor. The undivided windows are not original. – The house stands on a part of the parcel 42 from the “Flur” 14, which originally belonged to the court Tönnies. (Courtyard 37 from Erdbuch 1788). The farm did not exist in 1876 anymore. |
