Deutsch: Tornesch – Am Felde 1 – Hof Früchtenicht (Hof 20) – Baujahr: 1912 – Foto: 1995 Das Foto zeigt das Wohngebäude des Hofs Früchtenicht (Hof 20 nach Erdbuch von 1788). Das Haus wurde im Heimatstil errichtet, nachdem der reetgedeckte Vorgängerbau nach Blitzschlag und Brand im Jahr 1911 zerstört worden war. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit seitlichem Risalit. Die Backsteinfassade ist durch Putzelemente verziert. Die Dachform imitiert den sog. Niedersachsengiebel: Ein Halbwalm läuft nicht bis zum First, sondern trägt an der Spitze einen kleinen Dreiecksgiebel (ursprünglich offen, Eulenloch oder Rauchabzug). Der Hof wird von Klaus Früchtenicht als Vollerwerbsbetrieb bewirtschaftet mit den Schwerpunkten Milchwirtschaft, Legehennenhaltung und Mastvieh (Stand 2003).English: Tornesch (Germany) - Am Felde 1 – Farm Früchtenicht (Hof 20) - Year of construction: 1912 - Photo: 1995
The photo shows the residential building of the Farm Früchtenicht (Hof 20 according to “Erdbuch” from 1788). The house was built in “Heimatstil”, after the thatched-roof predecessor building was destroyed after lightning and fire in 1911. It is a two-storey building with a side risalit. The brick facade is decorated by plaster elements. The roof shape imitates the so-called “Niedersachsengiebel”: A half-whale does not run to the ridge, but carries at the top of a small triangular gable (originally open, owl hole or flue). The farm is managed by Klaus Früchttenicht as full time farming with a focus on dairy farming, laying hens and beef cattle (2003).
