Deutsch: Tornesch – Esinger Straße 106 – Wohnhaus – Das Haus wurde in der wilhelminischen Ära im Auftrag des Bauherrn Wilhelm Rode errichtet. Bauunternehmer und Architekt war vermutlich J. Lienau, der auch viele Häuser in der Friedrichstraße entworfen hat. Nachgewiesen ist die Bauleitung von Lienau für einen Anbau im Jahr 1921. English: Tornesch (Germany) – Esinger Straße 106 – Residential building - The house was built in the Wilhelminian era on behalf of the builder Wilhelm Rode. The contractor and architect was probably J. Lienau, who also designed many houses in Friedrichstraße. Proven is the construction management of Lienau for an extension in 1921. |
