Description
English: This WWII heraldic RCAF patch was made by Crest Craft in 1943 or later. At various times during the war, Torbay NL served as home base for No.125 and 128 (F) Fighter Squadrons, No. 5 Coastal Artillery Co-operation Flight, plus No. 5, No. 11, No. 113, No. 145 and No. 160 Bomber Reconnaissance Squadrons. The RAF and USAAC also maintained detachments there during the war.
