Deutsch: Am 18. Januar 2023 hat die ESA-Raumsonde Mars Express während Orbit 24056 die Region Lycus Sulci überflogen, eine Region im Nordwesten des Olympus Mons. Sie ist von Hügelketten geprägt, die durch Bergstürze und Hangrutschungen entlang der Basis des knapp 22 Kilometer hohen Vulkans entstanden sind. Der originale HRSC-Bildstreifen ist etwa 95 Kilometer breit (äußeres Rechteck). Die in dieser Bildveröffentlichung gezeigten Landschaften befinden sich in dem inneren Rechteck in der nördlichen Hälfte des Gesamtbildes.
