Français : Hôtel de ville construit à l'instigation du maire socialiste de Boulogne-Billancourt, André Morizet, par l'architecte Tony Garnier, assisté de l'architecte Jacques Debat-Ponsan (beau-frère du maire). Construit en béton armé, de 1931 à 1934, l'édifice est perçu comme une mairie exemplaire pour le 20e siècle, une "usine municipale" caractérisée par la transparence du "hall des guichets" avec ses trois niveaux de galeries suspendues ; tous les services municipaux sont aisément accessibles aux citoyens. Le bâtiment des réceptions se distingue, à l'extérieur, par un revêtement en pierre de Comblanchien, le bâtiment des bureaux étant traité en béton bouchardé.
