Description
English: Tomb of Robert Owen - detail. Detail of the wrought iron teasels on the railings around the 661997.

Robert Owen was born and died in Newtown. He was a social reformer and founder of the Cooperative Movement http://www.tlysau.org.uk/en/item10/20653 .

The railings were erected in 1902, paid for by the Co-operative Union.
