English: Title: To receive high rank, Washington, D.C., Sept. 19. Rt. Rev. Mgr. John J. Burke, C.S.P., General Secretary of the National Catholic Welfare Council, will be signally honored by the Pope on Monday when the robes of a domestic prelate will be invested upon him. The ceremony will take place in the crypt of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and will mark the first time that a priest who is a member of a religious community has been so honored. Monsigner Burke is a member of the Paulist Fathers
