San Antoñito (Local name for this statue of St. Anthony of Padua: Tonsure, red velvet habit with tasseled gold cord, Christ Child upon left hand.) Wood, gesso, paint; glass eyes, eyelashes; fabric garment; about 5'9" (175 cm.). The child is a separate figure, also of wood covered in gesso. It is dressed in velvet and sits on a velvet pillow.
