Description
English:
Three-façade, two-storey, local grade listed, corner building. Its façade is 4+1 towards the avenue, 3 towards the boulevard, 1+6 axes towards Dugonics square, with a five-axis central risalite. - Former Keméndy House. Eclectic, 1881. Edward Petsch is an architect. Nándorné Keméndy apartment building/shop building built for Irma Drucker. First tenants: in 1982 Imre Büky's butchery, widow Istvánné Kovács's piano warehouse. At that time, the corner shop was still waiting for a tenant, it became a spice shop. In 1883 the office of lawyer Dezső Pick was also located here. The building was raised by one floor (unknow date), the attic windows were also rebuilt, which allowed for the installation of an attic - 77 Tisza Lajos Boulevard, Dugonics Square (Petőfi Sándor Avenue cnr.), Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Háromhomlokzatos kétemeletes, saroképület, homlokzati tetőablaksor. Homlokzata a sugárút felé 4+1, a körút felé 3, a Dugonics térre 1+6 tengely, öttengelyes középrizalittal. - Egykori Keméndy-ház. Eklektikus, 1881. Petsch Ede építész. Keméndy Nándorné Drucker Irma részére épült bérház/üzletház. Első bérlők: 1982-ben Büky Imre mészárszéke, özv. Kovács Istvánné zongoraraktára. Ekkor a sarokbolt még bérlőre várt, fűszerkereskedés lett benne. 1883-ben itt volt Pick Dezső ügyvéd irodája is.
