Description
English:
Four facades, tree storey, MÁV office building. Listed. The two storey 'version' built in 1894 in Neo-Renaissance style. Planned by Ferenc Pfaff. Extended with a storey in 1942. Probably in 1942 fenced the small park behind the building. In the park a MÁV 375 steam locomotive exhibited (before 1996)- 28-32 Tisza Lajos Boulevard = 1-7 Feketesas Street = 4 Kiss Ernő Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Megközelítően négyzet alakú telekre épült a négy utcára szóló emeletes tömbház. Kossuth Lajos sugárútra néző főhomlokzata 1+1+1+K+1+1+1, a körúti és Fekete Sas utcai oldalhomlokzat 1+3+3+3+1, 1+2+3+2+1, a parkra néző, hátsó homlokzat 1+9+1 tengely, sarok- és középrizalitokkal. A lábazat sima, a földszinti falsík kváderozva van, az emeleteké nagyobb részt fugázott tégla. A földszinti és első emeleti ablakok egyenes záródásúak, utóbbiak timpanonos szemöldökkel. A telek Budapesti sugárúti (Kossuth Lajos sugárút) részére épült a Magyar Állam Vasutak üzletvezetősége. A tervrajzokat 1893-ban Pfaff Ferenc készítette. A lakhatási engedélyt 1894. július 14-én adták meg. Az épület mögött lévő telekrészen parkot létesítettek. A kétemeletes irodaházat 1942-ben,-német reneszánsz stílusában,-háromemeletesre magasították.. Ekkor építhették a park köré a magas, kovácsoltvas kerítést, a parkban 1996-ban gőzmozdony áll.
