Description

The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Terra satellite captured this natural-color image of Tropical Storm Tim on March 17 2013.

A the time the image was taken, tim's low level circulation center was only a few hours from being completely exposed, due to wind shear form the north east.
