English: Part of a series of 12 tiles intended for a mantalpiece, each with a figure illustrating an aspect of global ceramic production, designed by Marc-Louis Solon and manufactured, about 1878, by Minton & Co in earthenware with slip decoration. Part of the Henry Willett's Collection of Popular Pottery exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London in 2024
