Summary
[edit]DescriptionTidal dock near Yarmouth - geograph.org.uk - 601032.jpg |
English: Tidal dock near Yarmouth South of the town the River Yar is tidal, where the sailing boats are. In the foreground is an artificial dock serving the mill, but directly linked to the river. Hence it is also tidal but silted up and not used now. The sunken barge shows up clearly on aerial photos, and has been there some time. |
