English: Tidal basin This the tidal basin of The Connswater River just before it meets The Musgrave Channel in Belfast Harbour. The basin is attractive to a variety of wildfowl and wading birds, it is also the home of East Belfast Yacht Club. The structure in the basin on the left of the picture holds the landing lights for the nearby George Best Airport. The large building is the Bombarbier aircraft factory formerly known as Short Brothers. |
