Description

Trekking 4 days from Ganden Monastery to Samye Monastery.

The weather comes in fast and varied in the mountains in May. Snow squalls would pour over the ridges and peaks and turn the landscape to white in minutes. But just as quickly, the sun would come out and 40 minutes later it was as if nothing had happened.

Our little cheap Chinese-made tent, bought in Lhasa, weathered the wind and snow pretty well.
