Description
English: Structure of tianeptine. Based on http://crystallography.net/cod/2236556.cif, or the full citation is:

Mishnev, Anatoly; Zvirgzdins, Alvis; Actins, Andris; Delina, Mara. 7-[(3-Chloro-6-methyl-6,11-dihydrodibenzo[c,f][1,2]thiazepin-11-yl)amino]heptanoic acid S,S-dioxide hydrochloride. Acta Crystallographica Section E, 2012, 68, o3136. doi:10.1107/S1600536812042432.

Structure was converted from CIF format to SDF using Mercury. Then in Avogadro the HCl was removed. Then the following was done in Avogadro2: double bonds were added and then I optimized the structure (final energy 716.26). Image created in w:Jmol in POV-Ray format (with alpha transparency). Then rendered in POV-Ray. The PNG was cropped in GIMP.
