Description
English: A photo of the throne made for Queen Kristina before her coronation in 1650. It was made by Abraham Drentwett in Augsburg, Bavaria. Today it stands in the State Hall (Swedish: «Rikssalen») in the Royal Palace in Stockholm. Source Slott och herresäten i Sverige. De kungliga slotten I, Sven T. Kjellberg (head editor), Boo von Malmborg, Lennart Luthander och Bengt G. Söderberg, Allhems Förlag AB, Malmö 1971, page 95. According to page 343 in the same book the picture was made by C.G. Rosenberg who lived between 1883-1957. This image is supposed to be 75 years old. Links about C.G. Rosenberg: [1] and [2]
