[edit]
Description

Notes: names painted on the rock may include - Jessie Thames, Tilly Sharpe, Stewart Bins. There also appears to be a date of Feb 1909 and the clothing looks pre-war. The location is Britannia Falls in the Valley of the Waters, thanks to Peter Hill.

Britannia Falls was named by the Wentworth Falls Trustees in 1898 after Margaret Britannia (Brit) Young, nee Murray, daughter of Captain James Somerville Murray and Elizabeth Lilla Murray. James Murray was one of the first Europeans to explore the Valley in 1886.
