Description
English: Zoomed view of the three-way grade crossing immediately south of Andover MBTA Commuter Rail station in July 2021. This crossing is unusual in that the tracks actually bisect an intersection of roads (a similar situation also occurs at Ballardvale station). Despite being far from the boarding platform, this crossing closes to traffic when an inbound train is stopped at the station, likely due to the high-speed Amtrak Downeaster that also passes through here
