Description The Carneal House is the oldest residential structure in Covington, and was constructed in 1815 for Thomas D. Carneal, one of the city's founders. Constructed in the Georgian Style, it is located in the Licking Riverside Historic District, among several other notable historic structures. Today, the house has been fully restored and is among the city's most notable and desirable addresses.
