Description
English: Newspaper clipping regarding the death of death of Mortimer Thomson's wife, Anna Van Cleve Thomson, after giving birth.



Transcription:

THOMSON—In Brooklyn, on Wednesday, Dec. 22, Anna H. Van Cleve, wife of Mortimer Thomson, aged 18 years and 2 days, leaving an infant son [Mark Thomson] but 12 hours old. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock at her late residence, No. 102 Hampden street, near Atlantic street, Brooklyn. The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.
