Description
English: Temperature scale is in degrees Fahrenheit.

Emerald Pool is a medium-sized hot spring that is 15 to 16 meters across. It has a scalloped outline with a yellowish-colored shallow shelf surrounding a deep green-colored, deep pool. Emerald Pool is not a geyser - it is a calm hot spring.

In 1998, researchers measured the temperature of Emerald Pool at 62° Celsius (= 143° Fahrenheit), with a pH of about 8.2.
