Om tusschen de balkjes vlakken te / krijgen moeten aan de / kanten latten van dezelfde / breedte (in ’t gezicht) als / balkjes worden aangebracht. / Deze worden evenals de balkjes wit.

top right:

schoorsteenen en kasten zijn zwart gemaakt. / wanneer de balken anders liggen, moet / zooveel mogelijk deze kompositie worden / aangehouden. Vooral ook de indeeling om de / schoorsteenen heen, waar de kl vlakken / wel doorloopen als in b.
