Description
English: Photo of Thelma Leeds from the 1937 film The Toast of New York. Leeds played a Parisian dancing girl in the film.

Will need no notice ad license at Commons.

  • The RKO multi-page ad covering pages 19-30 has no copyright marks on any of the pages. RKO did not mark the ad as copyrighted. The Motion Picture Daily copyright covered only the editorial content of the magazine, not the ads placed in it.
  • US Copyright Office page 3-magazines are collective works (PDF)
