| Description |
English: The summit plateau of Cefn Du This view is taken eastwards towards the summit of the Cefn Du ridge. The rocks here date from the Pre-Cambrian period and were part of the stable block against which the later Cambrian rocks were crushed and folded causing their mudstones to metamorphose into slate.
