Description
English: The framework of VSD contents three sections: the first section is regarding to video intelligent analysis with the function of behavior analysis, object detection and target tracking. With the aid of video intelligent analysis, the key information, such as vehicles, pedestrian, and abnormal action, can be mined from the tremendous video data and transformed into a standardized format. The second section is the construction of policing repository database, which acts as the domain knowledge including knowledge reasoning, data mining, information description, and assist the crime prediction by supporting millions of real cases. Additionally, the last section refers to the underlying technical support, virtualization and cloud computing technologies prop up efficient computing environment for techniques development all above, besides, the storage environment for data storage.
