Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The strength of our Village lies in its people Such is the name of this sculpture, by Mel Fraser 2003, beside the main road through Comberton. It is like one of those puzzle pictures: when I was on site I saw it as a dinosaur's head facing right. Only when I looked at the photo did I see the human head reclining to the left, apparently asleep and with the top cut off! What either of these interpretations says about the good people of Comberton I leave as an exercise for the reader.
