The conduit and track construction was all done by Mr.E. Saxton who has laid all the undergroun<l conduit for thestreet railways of Washington. The character of Mr. Sax-tons work is widely and favorably known, and ranks himamong the best constructing engineers in the country. Thesuccess which has attended all of his work as a street railwaycontractor is very flattering indeed.
