too highand I would not order it, but obtained 4g cigar boxes with squareends, knocked out one end, tacked the covers down, piled them in theshape I wanted and fastened them together with light boards. Itlooks much better than I thought it would, fills all needs required ofit, and best of all cost i8 cents instead of §23. The tickets thus filedare counted each week to lighten the labor and at the end of themonth a traffic statement is made, showing the number of ticketssold from one station to another. The tickets are then enclosed inrubber bands for ready reference, shelved for one month and thenburned. It is customary, perhaps, to keep the tickets for a longerperiod, but we have had but a single instance to refer to the shelvedtickets and that developed within two weeks after being filed.
