MOTOR TRLCK AND CONDENSERS—BARRE SLIDING RAILWAY. Further down the track may be seen four cars, sub-stantially as shown in our engraving. The cars are madeby the American Car Company, and follows theEuropean plan of side opening. They are good, solid,substantial cars, and well furnished besides, as all theAmerican Car Companys cars are. Without doubtthere is something in a name, for each car bears the nameof one of the four cities of Chicago, New York, St. Louisand Milwaukee. The new management promises that the finishingtouches of the work will be placed by July, and all com-ers to the Plaisance may then take a hydraulic ride tothe ends thereof. We are pleased to present this time a S. Russell, Duplex Rail Company, New York. Wm. S. Downey, Schuykill Traction Company, Pottsville, Pa. R. F. Ogilvey, Field Engineering Company, New York. W. A.
