TESTING CAR AT BALTIMORE. One of the most completely appointed electric cars for makingvarious kinds of tests and records that has ever come to our atten-tion, has been built at the shops of the United Railways & ElectricCo., of Baltimore. Md. In addition to its use as an ordinary officecar. it i« fitted with instruments and facilities for doing a varied plot curves, make records, etc. In addition there is a folding tablethat can be set up at any place in the car. lor wliich purpose socketsare provided at each locker as shown. One of the most important details of the car is the scheme forbringing to one convenient point in the interior, the terminals of thedifferent circuits used in carrying on various tests. From the dia-gram Fig 2. the scheme of wiring will be evident.
