The loop will be about four miles in length. The roadmust be started within 10 days frcm December loth, and the citi-zens of Cahuenga Valley subscribed a bonus of $15,000 provisionalupon the speedy construction of the road. INDIANAPOLIS, IND.—Daniel Leslie and A. W. Moore, ofIndianapolis, have secured a franchise for the Columbus, Browns-town & Salem Electric Ry., to be built through Cortland, Honey-town, Brownstown and Vallonia. KANSAS CITY, MO.—Willard E. Winner, of Kansas City, issecuring the rights of way for an electric railway which he willbuild from Kansas City via Leavenworth to St. Joseph, Mo.

Capital stock $2,500,000. Directors: SamuelD. Ccykendall, of Kingston; Edward L. Fuller, of Scranton, Pa.;Walter Ferguson, of Stamford, Conn., and others. KINGSTON, N. Y.—The Delaware Valley & Kingston RailwayCo. was incorporated November nth at Albany, witK a capitalstock of $2,500,000.
