The trolley dive andtoboggan slide are prime favorites. A platform of any desired height is erected reachedby stairs. Platforms should be large enough to holdtliree or four persons. A half inch wire cable is securelyanchored to a tree or post in the ground and passing overthe platform slopes down and out 200 or 300 feet intothe water where it is made fast to frame or piling. Thetrolley is very simple and cannot leave the rope, andfrom it a short piece of rope depends to which is attachedeither a steel ring or two rope loops though which thehands are thrust.
