The bracket? were from the Ohio Brass The car seats 36 passengers and leaves ample room for trunks, lightfreight and express. These cars arc equipped with two G. E. 57motors and have a rated speed of 40 miles an hour, although thishas been considerably exceeded on occasion. Two 40-ft. passengercars with G. E. 1,000 motors on McGuire trucks, and one doubletruck parlor car and two 24-fl. single truck motor cars completethe passenger motor equipment. The freight locomotive is onMcGuire trucks and hauls 100 tons at a load. All the motor cars areequipped with Christensen air brakes and whistles. There are alsosix open trailers for excursion business in summer. Although itwas impossible to complete the line in time for much excursionbusiness the past summer, several were handled, one of 1,000 pas-sengers. The Mcaker portable fare register is used.
