One panel of the switchboard is designed fur the purpose of tak-ing care of static discharges. Two divisions are for the 3,500-voltcircuits and the third for the 12,000-volt circuit, the latter having agreater number of discharge gaps and more graphite resistance:otherwise, it is the same as the other two.
